How do I track my vehicle?
After logging in, your vehicles appear on the live map. Tap any vehicle to see its current location, speed, and status.
How do I set up notifications?
Go to the Alerts tab to create pickup alerts for bus routes. You'll be notified when a bus approaches your pickup location.
How do I share my vehicle?
In the Vehicles tab, tap your vehicle, then select "Share". Enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
Why is my vehicle showing as offline?
A vehicle shows as offline if it hasn't reported its location in over 60 minutes. Check that the GPS device is powered on and has cellular coverage.
How do I view my dashcam?
Vehicles with JC400 or JC181 dashcams have a "Dashcam" button in the Vehicles tab. Tap it to view live front and rear camera feeds.
